Karon Beach is approximately 45 minutes from Phuket International Airport, on the southwest side of Phuket Island.

For the ongoing service & maintenance charges of the properties, also known as ground rent, there will be annual charges incurred for the upkeep of the property to include the following:

Shared areas & car parking
Reception
Painting of exterior & terraces every three years
General maintenance & repairs
These charges will obviously vary, and will be accounted for annually at cost, not as a profit making entity. These charges will be allocated based on the size of each apartment (both living area & balconies). The cost of these services for the first year 2005 are expected to be 43 baht/square metre/month.
